Glenfarclas Distillery

Established in 1836, Glenfarclas is one of the very few remaining independent, family owned and managed distilleries. The story of Glenfarclas is as rich and colourful as the whisky that bears its name. It is the story of the Grants, who since purchasing the distillery in 1865, have been united in the creation of the perfect Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky. By using the finest ingredients, combined with traditional distillation methods, the unforgettable flavour of Glenfarclas is created.

The ages bottled include the 10, 15, 21, 25, 30 Years Old, and the distinctive 105 Cask Strength at 60% vol. Glenfarclas Single Malts are full bodied, smooth, full of flavour, and heavily sherried.

Distillery Tour
Tour the distillery with one of the knowledgeable guides, and afterwards relax with a dram. Please note the last tour leaves 90 minutes before the stated closing times. £3.50 per person.

Ambassador's Tour & Tasting
Enjoy an in-depth tour after which one of the Glenfarclas Brand Ambassadors will introduce you to a selection of four of their favourite expressions of Glenfarclas. £15 per person. 2PM on Fridays in July and August. To book please contact the visitor centre.
